Stadhuset (Ayuntamiento de Estocolmo)

It was very simple to find it but not too simple how to enter!
We made the tour indoor with a guie for 45 minutes.
The Stadhuset was made from 1911 to 1923 following the Ragnar Östberg´s designs. It´s one of the more important buildings in Sweden with a romantic-national style. It has about 8000 bricks where there are offices, conference room and party room. The architect followed the renaissance palace in Italy. It was made around two "piazzi", the Burgés Garden and the Blue hall.

The blue hall would be blue but the architect changed it, here the Nobel dinner is made each 10 december. It has one of the biggest organs in the NorthEurope.
In the Council hall the government meet once a month. It has 200 places. The ceiling seems like a viking old house. The furniture is designed by Carl Malmsten and the textil by Maja Sjöoström.

There is a room which is the official enter when there is a party there. The ceiling is made with 100 arches mantles. In the wall we can see the San George´s Bell tover .
There is another room, in Spanisg Ovalo, where there are tapestries, which are made in France about in 1600. Here between 12 and 6 there are marries !

The Prince gallery, from here you can see the Mälar Lake. The views are made in the opposite wall by the Prince Eugenio.

The Three Crowns room is called like that because it has 3 chandeliers and in swedish is called crown. Between the paintings we highlight "View from Mosebacke" by Elías Martin in the 1790.

And finally, we arrive to the Gold Living room! It´s made with more of 18 million of glass and gold mosaic. Here 700 invited can be. It´s dominated for a painting of a woman who represent the world.
